Annual International Women’s Day Celebration & Panel Discussion

The Gender & HIV Prevention Office hosted a successful campus-wide celebration for International Women’s Day under the theme “Inspiring Women Leadership in Health Sciences.”
The event brought together over 150 students, academic staff, and invited health professionals. Key highlights included:
- Keynote address by senior health faculty on breaking barriers in clinical management.
- Panel discussion featuring female student leaders sharing academic success strategies.
- Recognition ceremony for outstanding female students in clinical performance.
“Empowering female health trainees today builds stronger, more equitable healthcare systems tomorrow,” noted the Office Coordinator during the opening address.
