πŸ“Œ Key Registration Rules & Policies

  • In-Person Requirement: Registration must be completed in person. Exceptions are granted only by official permission from the Registrar and Academic Commission for valid, documented reasons.
  • First-Year Students: Registration takes place prior to student placement and campus orientation.
  • Triplicate Registration Slip: Slips must be filled in triplicate (1st Copy: Registry, 2nd Copy: Department, 3rd Copy: Student).
  • Official Stamp: Registration is finalized only when the Office of the Registrar applies the official "REGISTERED" stamp on your slip.

Step-by-Step Registration Flow

1

Course List Transfer

Department Heads transfer the official list of semester courses to the Office of the Registrar prior to registration day.

2

Slip Issuance & Eligibility List

The Registrar produces official registration slips and issues the list of academically eligible students for the upcoming semester.

3

Slip Collection & Department Sign-off

On scheduled registration days, students collect their slips, complete all details accurately, produce last semester's grade report (and fee receipt for private/CEP students), and obtain their Department Head’s signature.

4

Registrar Verification & Stamping

The Registrar verifies student details against the eligibility list, places the "REGISTERED" seal, and distributes copies to the Registry, Department, and Student.

5

ID Card Renewal / Issuance

The Registry places a "RENEWED" seal on returning student IDs. New ID cards for first-year students are issued immediately following completion of registration.
