Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Center

Empowers healthcare professionals across Ethiopia through accredited, competency-based in-service training and continuous learning programs

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Center

Ethiopia's Federal Ministry of Health (FMoH) launched the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program to help health workers improve their skills through standardized in-service training packages. The primary purpose is to ensure competent health professionals provide quality health care while linking continuing education units (CEUs) to professional licensure and renewal mechanisms.

Hosanna Health Sciences College (HHSC) is an accredited and licensed CPD provider within Ethiopia's healthcare system. The college utilizes dedicated staff and multidisciplinary expert panels to conduct capacity building, needs assessments, monitoring, and evaluation activities.

CPD Coordinator: Mr. Fikire Tirebo
